How can I support my learners in competence development?

If you recall from the first section of this module, we are concerned here not only with storytelling as a method in adult education, but more specifically in competency-based education with adults. So, what is the connection between storytelling and a promotion of learners' competence development?
In the following pages, we first focus on how participants can be supported in developing storytelling competence as a specific competence. For example, as we will look at in detail, this allows you to work not only with the stories you choose, but also with the stories and narrated experiences of the participants. Further on, we will go into how storytelling in general can be used to develop further competences.
